I was raised a Lutheran and as such was baptized as an infant. My parents faithfully brought me to church, taught me the bible and about God’s grace. When I was in 8th grade I chose to publicly renounce sin and the devil and to profess my faith in Jesus Christ. It was then that my journey toward the cross began to have more meaning and purpose. I believe in the gospel; the birth, death and resurrection of our savior Jesus Christ. I believe in the promise of resurrection through faith in Jesus Christ because of what He endured on the cross for me. I strive every day to do my best to be the mouth, hands and feet of God’s message. I fall short, but I cling to my faith that by God’s grace I will be delivered to His kingdom.
